ALL WARBIRD METHOD PROGRAMS | $25 PER MONTH
Warbird Method Online programs are delivered on the Train Heroic App, an exciting smartphone app that gives you full control over your workout, wherever you are. Videos of all exercises, weight-tracking, and a smart calendar view makes taking Warbird Method training with you easy.
The Warbird Method physique program is a 3-day per week program that focuses on building a more attractive body. This program is suitable for anyone - difficulty is low on most exercises, and resistance is up to you. Target muscle groups include the core, glutes, back, chest and shoulders.
The Warbird Method Joint-Friendly program is a 3-day per week program that focuses on getting those with chronic knee, back and/or shoulder pain back into motion. All exercises are chose to be low-impact and easy on the aforementioned joints. Target muscle groups include the core, glutes, hamstrings, back and rotator cuff.
The Warbird Method Baseball program is a 3-day per week program that focuses on strength training movements that will help a player improve his running speed, throwing velocity and hitting power. Significant emphasis on the core, hamstrings, glutes, back, forearms and rotator cuff. Flexibility, mobility and arm care workouts are included.
The Warbird Method Volleyball program is a 3-day per week program that focuses on increasing vertical jump and hitting power, while also reinforcing the back, knees and shoulders. Volleyball players often have chronic hip, knee, back and shoulder pain, so a significant emphasis is on preventing these dysfunctions and reducing likelihood of ACL injury, while concurrently increasing performance.
The Warbird Method Softball program is a 3-day per week program that focuses on preventing injuries common in female athletes, most specifically ACL injury, back pain and shoulder laxity. Workouts are geared toward upper body strength, leg and core strength, rotational power, hand strength and rotator cuff endurance, with goals of increasing bat speed, running speed and throwing velocity.
WARBANDS ARM STRENGTHENING PROGRAM - $10 PER MONTH
The Warbird Method Warbands Arm Care program is a 4-5 day per week program that focuses on complete strengthening of the throwing or hitting (volleyball) arm. Workouts are 30-40 minutes in length and emphasis rotator cuff and shoulder strength, scapular movement and endurance, flexibility, mobility and forearm strength.
